4:00 pm – For Visiting Dignitaries and their guests, ahead of the 5:00 pm Open Installation and Ennoblement Ceremony.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Join us for one of the most important events in our calendar — the Annual Meeting of ACRUX Shriners and the Open Installation of Officers. It is a day for Nobles, families, friends, and visiting Orders to come together in ceremony, fellowship, and celebration.
The day begins at 2:00 pm with the Annual Meeting for financial Shriners only. Guests of Nobles are welcome to arrive at this time and enjoy refreshments while the meeting is underway.
At 4:00 pm, Afternoon Tea is served for all attendees. This is also when Novices arrive for rehearsal and fez fitting.
The Open Installation starts at 5:00 pm, featuring the reception of Distinguished Visitors, the installation of Noble Les Dikes as Potentate and the Investiture of Officers for 2026, followed by the Novices’ Ceremony of Ennoblement and ‘Fezzing’.
The evening concludes with a formal three-course banquet at 7:00 pm, rounding off one of the most significant gatherings of the year.

Dinner suit for gentlemen, and after-five attire for ladies.

Tickets
Tickets are required for the Annual Meeting, the Open Installation of Officers, and the Banquet.
Everyone is welcome — you do not need to be a Shriner to attend. Bring your family and friends!

Afternoon refreshments will be served at 4:00 pm, between the Annual Meeting and the Open Installation of Officers.

Dining at the Bayside Masonic Centre
Dinner will be held in the South of the Bayside Masonic Centre and will consist of three courses.
Included in the ticket price are wines, beer, and soft drinks.
A complimentary tea and coffee station will also be available.
