Rescue Sumo Workshop Jan 2026
Rescue Sumo is a workshop that aims to introduce the core concepts of line, following in a fun and engaging way with the help of creating sumo robots. Over the course of this two-day workshop, students will learn
the basics of building, designing, and programming simple robots to compete against each other in a sumo challenge. They will battle to see which robot emerges as the best.
Following this challenge, students will program their robots to follow a line towards their end objective, where they will once again have the opportunity to display their sumo prowess in a final competition against another
robot.
Recommended for students in Years 5 to 9.
HEAPS OF FUN AND ENDLESS BUILDING AND CODING CHALLENGES!
The workshop will be supervised by teachers and coaches. All computers and software will be provided, but students must bring their own lunch.

Tickets: $180 per student
