'Calm and Confident Kids' Junior School Parent Seminar
The first of a 3-part series, 'Calm and Confident Kids' helps parents support and coach children with anxiety (eg separation anxiety, school refusal, phobias, worrying behaviours, anxiety about learning) - to help them face their fears independently, to use calm and positively language with children and to provide empowering empathic and supportive responses - whilst not 'rescuing' children unhelpfully from situations which are tough for them.
