General Information

This Wednesday night we are meeting at Crestwood Reserve for a BBQ and Activities Night.  All tennis courts are booked on a Wednesday but we are hoping to use the tennis wall, there is also the basketball courts and sports fields. 

Drop off and pick up near the tennis wall at the bottom of the carpark. 

Activity Plan:

We will cook a BBQ of sausages whilst Venturers play activities in Crestwood Reserve.  

No uniform is required to be worn.  Wear sturdy shoes and bring a warm jumper.

Bring a tennis racket (tennis balls), basketball, frisbee, etc.

Meet down near the tennis wall at the bottom of the carpark. 

Food and Drinks:

BYO water bottle

We will cook sausages and bread on one of the electric BBQs. 

Wet Weather:

The event will be cancelled in the event of poor weather. Cancellation will be advised by WhatsAPP.

What to Bring:

Participants will NOT need to wear uniform and bring the following:

• $2 for sausages
• Drink
• Water Bottle
• Warm jumpe

Parents & Siblings:

Parent helpers are always welcome! Please register a ticket for each person attending.

Feeling Sick?

Please don't come if you're feeling sick.
Our immuno-compromised youth members are at risk of serious illness if they contract 'simple' viruses or infections.
Regardless, it's not nice to spread your germs with other kids or volunteers.

You should stay home and DO NOT attend Scouts if:

• You have an illness (or even mild symptoms) such as fever, cough, sore throat, rash, or runny nose, even if you think you 'feel fine'.
• You have vomited anytime in the last 24hrs for any reason.

Attendees to any event with signs of illness such as fever, coughing, sore throat, runny nose, etc may be sent home immediately.

• will be under direct adult supervision
• will involve both male and female youth members
• will have both male and female adult leaders present
