National Road Safety Week – Monash Community SessionsAs part of this year’s National Road Safety Week (NRSW), we’re hosting two free safety information sessions to help keep our community safe while driving or walking in Monash, , with a focus on supporting our local older adults.
When:
Tuesday 19 May
Session 1: Pedestrian Safety – 10:00am to 11:00am
Session 2: Road Rules Refresher – 11:30am to 12:30pm
Where:
Halcyon Centre, 915 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley
Running from 17–24 May, NRSW is an annual initiative by the Safer Australian Roads and Highways (SARAH) Group, in collaboration with road safety organisations and government. It highlights the impact of road trauma and promotes ways to reduce it.
Road safety is a key priority for Monash, and we proudly support this year’s national campaign to pledge to “Drive So Others Survive.”
