Sydney Destash Market - Stallholder Ticket

This ticket is for stallholders wishing to have a stall at the next Sydney Destash Market, held on Sunday, 8 February at the Sydney Portugal Community Club, Marrickville.The event will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Drop-in will be from 8:00am, and pack-down must be completed by 5:00pm.
There is parking on site that will be reserved for stall holders.
Regular Stalls in the BBQ Area and in the Hall are 2x2 Meters. If you require more space, please book a second stall.
Stalls on the bowling green are 3x3 meters
Everyone with an outdoor stall is encouraged to bring a shelter or a marquee as protection from the sun.
Please note: This venue does not provide tables, so all stallholders will need to bring their own.
All regular stallholders are required to have public liability insurance.
If you already have your own market liability insurance, please select email a copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to: sydneydestashmarket@gmail.com . Otherwise, you can add insurance to your booking for an additional $10.
We’re also introducing Rummage Stalls — a fun, affordable option designed exclusively for home sewers. These stalls are 1m x 1m, perfect for anyone looking to clear out a few treasures from their personal stash.
Rummage stallholders are free to set up their space however they like. Bring a suitcase, a small table, a rug, a crate, or something creative of your own invention — it’s entirely up to you! The goal is to keep things flexible, accessible, and true to the spirit of destashing.
This is a destash market, which means it’s designed for home crafters to clear out materials from their personal “stash”—the collection of fabrics, yarns, and craft supplies we all naturally accumulate over time.
As such, the market is focused on raw materials (e.g., fabric, yarn, patterns, books, notions).
Stall holders are allowed a limited amount of (less than 20% of your stalls offering), to selling handmade items, but the general focus of this market is raw materials and these are the items that will sell the best at the market.
