**Junior Group (ages 8 to 11 years)
**Senior Group (ages 12 to 16 years)
Morning session (9:00am to 10:30am)
*Guard skills - improve your ball handling, shooting, creating assists, layups and finishing
Midday session (11:00am to 12:30pm)
*3on3 half court games – work on your decision making, scoring and team play
After lunch session (1:15pm to 2:45pm)
*Wing skills - improve your driving to score, breaking down defenders, rebounding, and 1on1 defence
Afternoon session (3:00pm to 4:30pm)
*Full court games – create transition play and learn how to use spacing in the half court
