After two and a half years of stillness, something beautiful has awakened again.

During these years, life has been my teacher in profound ways, and I feel ready to share the insights, openings, and transformations that have unfolded—especially the powerful understandings that have emerged over the last three years. It feels like the right moment to return the Breathwork sessions.

For this first session after my long pause, I would love to see familiar faces.

Those who wrote to me and who felt the absence.
Those who once found healing here might need healing again.
Those who experienced the power of their own breath and surrendered fully to it.
Those who felt the hope while breathing, just as I did while guiding you.
Those who are struggling, uncomfortable, and feeling hopeless towards life.
