We’re running a community raffle to raise vital funds for Jess Oakley, a local mum of four who is bravely battling metastatic breast cancer. After her initial diagnosis in April 2022, Jess recently received news that the cancer has spread to her liver. She has now begun further treatment and is taking time off work to focus on her health and family. 💕We are raffling off a framed signed QLD Maroons Jersey proudly donated by QRL and James from House of Frames Wandal.
✨ A Little Bit About Jess and Her Story ✨
In April 2022, just three weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, Jess found out she had metastatic breast cancer.
Then, in June 2025, she received the devastating news that the cancer had not only spread, but had reached her liver.
This completely shattered their world. Jess had a portacath inserted and began chemotherapy. Due to treatment, she’s currently unable to work, and the Oakley family is focusing on healing and spending as much time together as possible.
⏳ Time is precious and raising money to support the Oakley family means helping them make the most of it.
All proceeds go directly to The Oakley Family, helping ease financial pressures and giving them more time to focus on what matters most. ❤️
