Ready to float, wrap, swing and create beautiful shapes in the air? Our Introduction to Hammock workshop is perfect for beginners aged 9+ wanting to experience the magic of aerial hammock for the very first time.In this uplifting session, participants will learn:
• Basic mounts and safe entry/exits
• Comfortable wrapping techniques
• Beginner poses, balances and supported inversions
• Flowing movement, spinning and creative expression
• Strength and flexibility foundations for future aerial progress
No experience needed - just a sense of adventure!
This workshop is ideal for young aerialists looking to try something new, build confidence, and explore the gentle, dynamic movement of aerial hammock in a safe and supportive environment.
