Build your speed, anticipation, footwork, rebounding and physical toughness:
- pass denial
- closing out
- containment and ball pressure
- boxing out and rebounding
- taking charges
- small sided games
Midday session (11:00am to 12:30pm)
*Skills Development part one – defensive stance, closing out and footwork
After lunch session (1:15pm to 2:45pm)
*Skills Development part two – denying passes, applying ball pressure, boxing out, rebounding and small sided games
Afternoon session (3:00pm to 4:30pm)
*Full court games – create transition play and learn how to use spacing in the half court
