Awakening is a women's only one-day retreat. Press pause. Breathe deeply. With the magic of horses and the power of being in nature, you'll explore, get curious to reconnect with your authentic self.Through a blend of evidence-based teachings, the wisdom of nature, and the gentle presence of horses, we’ll explore the theme of awareness, of self, of what feels real and right, stories and expectations.
You’ll be guided through experiences such as:
- Equine-assisted activities (no riding involved, nor prior horse experience required)
- Mindfulness practices
- Journaling
- Nature immersion
- Reflection
- Integration time
This is not therapy. Rather guided experiential learning in a supportive, intimate & welcoming environment.
