About
Welcome to the KTICC Grand Festival On-Site Carpark Registration Portal.To ensure smooth traffic flow, safety, and efficient site access, all vendors, volunteers, performers, contractors, staff and authorised vehicles must register their vehicle before arriving at the festival site.
Once you complete your registration, you will receive a PDF Vehicle Access Pass. This pass must be shown at the entry gate to gain access to the on-site carpark or loading area.

How it works
Register your vehicle using this TryBooking form.
Receive your PDF Vehicle Access Pass automatically via email.
Save it to your phone or print it before the event.
Show your pass to the traffic team upon arrival.
You will then be guided to the correct carpark or vendor unloading area.
Important Information
Only registered vehicles will be allowed onto the festival grounds.
You must arrive within the time window you nominate to avoid traffic delays.
The pass is valid for one vehicle only and is non-transferable.
Vehicles arriving without a pass may be denied entry or redirected to off-site parking.
