Creating healthy behaviours for your child to thrive
Developing positive health behaviours at an early age can lay the foundation for lifelong learning and development which can impact a child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical abilities. In this session DPV Health will talk about:
• Creating a nutritious lunchbox
• Easy ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine
• Tips for looking after your family’s oral health
