About
The Aggiornamento series consists of two sets of two 90-minute online modules in Term One and two in Term Four (with differing audiences). Aggiornamento is Italian for 'updating’ and came to prominence as one of the aims of the Church of the Second Vatican Council. The four modules have been developed collaboratively by Professor Robyn Horner and Dr Teresa Brown of the School of Theology at Australian Catholic University and draw from the resources of experts in the field.Learning Outcomes:
Explore Catholic faith in dialogue with contemporary experiences
Understand key theological concepts and approaches from Vatican II
Develop skills in dialogue and applying learning
Engage with ECSI research to inform practice in school and diocesan contexts
Intended Audience:
Catholic Education staff in their 1st to 5th year employment in Ballarat Diocese
