This session will suit any teacher new to the Ballarat diocese. It will involve an overview of Awakenings curriculum, pedagogy of Shared Christian Praxis and how RE is taught in the diocese at both primary and secondary levels.Learning Outcomes:
Teachers develop familiarity and competence in the teaching of Religious Education, including the methodology of Shared Christian Praxis and utilising the Spiritual Capabilities.
Intended Audience:
Primary and Secondary teachers who are new to teaching Religious Education in Ballarat Diocese.
