Mums & Bubs Pilates Class
About
A gentle, supportive Pilates class for mums to rebuild strength, move confidently, and bond with your little one. Suitable for all fitness levels.What to bring:
- Pilates mat (or a towel/blanket if you don’t have one — the room is carpeted)
- Drink bottle
- Anything your bub may need
Provided:
- Weights and resistance bands
Important:
- Feeding, settling, cuddling and pausing are welcome and normal!
- Classes are designed for babies who are not yet walking.
- If you are under 12 weeks postpartum, medical clearance is required beforehand.
