Saathi Multicultural Association of Australia (SAATHI MAA) is delighted to continue its community wellbeing initiative with Lynbrook Family & Children Centre.We invite you to join our Free Yoga & Meditation Sessions designed for all age groups and abilities.
*About the Program
These sessions are conducted by qualified professional trainers from Southeast Yoga & Meditation, who specialise in holistic wellbeing, mindfulness, gentle movement, and breathwork.
Our aim is to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where every participant can enhance their physical, emotional, and mental wellness — without any cost.
