Embrace & Empower is a safe, supported space for women of all abilities to connect, learn, share, and build confidence in the world of relationships, support each other.This group gives women & non-binary/trans (AFAB) the chance to:
socialise in a relaxed and welcoming environment
practise conversation skills (with support when needed) talk openly about relationships
create new friendships
For our launch & very first meet-up, you’re invited to come along, enjoy a bite to eat, have a drink, and meet others. You’ll also learn what to expect if you choose to continue being part of this group.
There is no pressure to attend every session.
Just come along to the launch, get any idea of what to expect.
