A special event workshop that supports mothers in building self awareness, understanding and connection with themselves and their children.Closing the gap between our young people and their parents.
A 2 hour abundant workshop that integrates resource, mindfulness and self reflection to support mothers to come back home to themselves to build a deeper understanding of their role in their challenges and relationships and restore and reset in a nurturing and supportive environment.
