This is a super fun, high energy, twerk-inducing, booty poppin, heart pounding dance workout class (Certified through the Jungle Body).
We do fun routines to hip hop, dancehall, latin, afro and many more. You can slay up to 600 calories in each sweat-session while toning up your physique & elevating your mood, it's all about HAVING FUN!! The moves are easy to follow, the energy is fierce & the music is loud!
We are committed to creating a supportive and inspiring environment for people of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Classes are designed not just to improve physical health, but to foster a sense of community, confidence, and self-expression.
What to bring - water, yoga mat or towel as we'll get on the floor for 1-2 tracks.
