Bench yourself for an hour, snack and chat with one of our neighbourhood partners and your neighbours with no fixed agenda. Bring your own lunch or early dinner depending on your selected session.The City of Melbourne’s Benched Program offers the community an open opportunity to connect with a staff member in a relaxed, agenda-free setting. Come along to chat, share, and learn through meaningful conversation that supports community connection and wellbeing.

All activities are held in Fawkner Park, and the meeting point is near the entrance of the South Yarra Senior Citizens Centre. A facilitator will take you to the lawn location where the activity will take place.
