Have you heard about the Tay Bridge Disaster?On the 28th of December 1879, just after 7pm, a train carrying 59 passengers and crew set out to cross the brand-new railway bridge over the River Tay in Scotland. Battling a fearsome storm, it made its way into the darkness...but would never arrive in Dundee.
