About

The Western Downs Events Bootcamp is a one-day professional development initiative designed to give community groups and event organisers the confidence, tools, and inspiration to run successful events.

Held in Chinchilla on Saturday, 16 May 2025, the Bootcamp will kick off with an energising keynote speaker before diving into sessions led by experts in their field. Across the day, you’ll gain practical knowledge, resources, and strategies to plan, promote, and deliver impactful community events.

The Bootcamp concludes with a networking event (4:00pm – 6:30pm) — your chance to connect with fellow organisers, speakers, and local businesses, and build valuable relationships to support future events.
