Louise Turnbull-violin
Elyane Laussade-piano
Louise Turnbull is a 20-year-old Melbourne-born violinist currently studying on a full scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music in London with Dr. Robin Wilson. A 2025 ANAM graduate, she has performed with the Australian Chamber Orchestra as an Emerging Artist and appeared as soloist with several ensembles, including the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Melbourne Youth Orchestra. Equally committed to chamber music, she has collaborated widely across Australia and Europe and participated in international academies such as Keshet Eilon and Voksenåsen. Louise maintains an active performance career and plays a 1775 Antonio Gragnani violin on loan from the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
Louise is joined by pianist Elyane Laussade, a graduate of the Juilliard school in New York City. Elyane is now based in Australia and has performed on numerous occasions with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and been featured by ABC Classic FM and 3MBS in studio recordings and live broadcasts.Together, they present a captivating program showcasing lyricism, vitality, and emotional depth.
