KSTP Pre-Season Boot Camp
An opportunity for KSTP Squad members to get back into the gym after the Christmas break before the new year of training commences. What better way to kick start the 2026 comp season than training with fellow squad members of all ages ad abilities as we set nw goals and targets for 2026.
Open to students from the following classes;
Developing Program 2 (DP2), Developing Program 3 (DP3), Open Int Levels, Pre Advanced Levels, Advanced Levels, National Development (NDP) Youth Int Development (IDP), Open Age and Elite/HP
