This group is for pregnant mums and new mums looking for support, connection, and practical guidance. Join us for a relaxed morning with Dianne Haworth, Lactation Consultant of 28 years.

▪️ Early days “hibernation”
▪️ Signs baby is well fed
▪️ Milk supply—what’s normal, increasing or decreasing
▪️ What to expect in the first 6 weeks
