BikeFlow School Holiday mini guided adventure rides & skills coaching for high energy beginner & novice riders.

Rides change daily & customised to group level while navigating the beautiful & rugged Central Coast landscapes.

Led by experienced PMBIA & Aus Cycling Advanced MTB coach Matt Harrington.

Intended for novice to intermediate level riders, boys & girls, ages 7-11 yrs.
Bike requirements: good working order, minimum wheel size 24”.
Snacks & refreshments included.

Waiver (acknowledgement of risk) & any medical & dietary information required for all participants.
