Option A: Elevate Your Game (Domestic Comp Level)
• Focus on fundamental skills: dribbling, passing and shooting technique.
• Game awareness: spacing, movement without the ball.
• Defensive principles: man-to-man basics, help defense.
• Introduction to competitive play: structured scrimmages, learning offensive plays.
• Skill development drills tailored to age and ability.
• Emphasis on confidence building and teamwork.
• Becoming a Champion Teammate (Communication, Team Defense, Creating Offense for Others & Knowing Your Role)
