Rest with the Harp - Restorative yoga & soothing sounds
About
REST WITH THE HARPAn exquisite opportunity to luxuriate in restful poses and experience the magical, calming sounds of live harp music.
Surrender to a blissful journey towards a more peaceful state, culminating in a nervous system reset.
In Restorative yoga, the body is propped with blankets and bolsters in longer held poses of comfort and ease. When the body feels supported, we become still, quiet and calm. We can gently focus on breathing with ease and letting go.
While resting in supported poses, hear meditative guidance to take you deeper, gentle song to soothe you and the magical, calming resonance of the harp.
Restorative yoga and Harp therapy induce similar physiological responses that promote relaxation and renewal on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Welcome this opportunity to abide in a tranquil refuge of healing sounds, soften into the spacious silence between the sounds, and enter a profound state of healing rest.
