Wills & Powers of Attorney Information Session

CLC is pleased to be facilitating a FREE legal information session on Wills & Powers of Attorney on Tuesday 17th February 2026 at the Cire Community Hub Chirnside Park 33 Kimberley Drive Chirnside Park.This session will provide an introduction to substitute decision-making options including powers of attorney, guardianship and administration orders; as well as what can be covered in a Will and some of the key legal requirements.
While ECLC does not provide Power of Attorney or Will preparation services, the Centre hopes that this information session will help to raise awareness on the options available including protective measures to help ensure wishes are respected. A referral and resource list will be provided to attendees.
