Online Class Series - Carrying the Head Lightly: Neck Ease
About
Carrying the Head Lightly: Gentle Explorations for Neck Freedom — A 6-Class SeriesThis 6-week online series explores how ease in the neck and head emerges when movement is supported through the whole self. Habitual postures, sitting, and everyday tension patterns can create compression and stiffness, affecting comfort, orientation, and breathing.
Through gentle Feldenkrais lessons, experience how the ribs, spine, shoulders, and pelvis can share effort more evenly. As the body begins to move in a coordinated way, the neck softens, turning becomes easier, and the head feels more naturally supported.
Classes will include small, comfortable movements that invite release, improve organisation, and create a clearer sense of connection through the upper body. These explorations may also offer relief for those noticing tension around the face or head.
No experience needed — just a willingness to explore with curiosity.
