Box and Frame Building course

Are YOU interested in making your own 5 frame NUC and 5 full depth frames?Places are available for our Box and Frame building course on February Sunday the 15th 2026 from 10:30am - approx 3:00pm at the club apiary, 190 Old Wells Road Seaford. https://goo.gl/maps/8RE3e9mesPVV3oTi7
The course will cost $100.00 inc. GST for club members only. Club membership is available for $40 per annum here https://southsidebeekeepers.com.au/shop/
Participants will receive a 5 frame flat pack NUC, Five un-assembled full depth frames, foundation, wire and eyelets to complete the five frames. Upon completion of the course, participants will have been taught the basics on assembling a NUC and a full depth frame.
Places are limited to 14 and the booking cutoff date is 5:00pm Wednesday 11th of February 2026.
A short 30min break will be had for lunch around 12:30pm. There are no shops close by so please bring your own lunch. Coffee and Tea will be provided.
Glue will be used so wear old clothes. Please bring a claw hammer and cordless drill and drill bits if possible.
