Balancing the Character Structures - Mon
About
We're excited to offer this in-depth short course about balancing the Character Structures for the very first time. You will learn balancing procedures from the Communication Skills 2 Unit using the character structure muscle trauma muscles.
We all create blocks because we see the world as unsafe. We have created systems of defence intended to keep us safe and designed to get us attention indirectly, without admitting that is what we want. These defences show up in our physical bodies as well as our behaviour.
We can balance the body’s distortions by working with the muscles within a person’s appropriate character structure to help them resolve both physical and psychological trauma.
In many ways, the body reflects the patterns of care and love we received, revealing how our personal history has shaped us. By working with this connection, we can begin to heal and realign both body and mind.
