For those who still need to complete their Strengthened Aged Care Standards training, I have opened up 4 sessions.These will be held 3 days a week.
MONDAY:
– Code of Conduct
– Culturally Safe, Trauma-Aware Care
TUESDAY:
- Person Centred, Rights Based Care
- Caring for People with Dementia
FRIDAY:
– SIRS
– Stop and Watch
As previously advised, it is compulsory to do the pre- learning (AKA blooket games) PRIOR to you attending the session.
This homework will give you a base understanding of the content you will be assessed on in the live sessions.

STAGE 1 – Check What You Still Need To Complete
• Go to Rizza’s office and find your competency pack.
• Look through your paperwork to see which modules you still need to complete.
• This means you’ll only attend the sessions you actually need — not all six.
• Read the attached Candidate Copies and Toolboxes so you know what’s expected.
STAGE 2 – Do Your Homework (Blooket Links)
• Complete your online homework quizzes using the links above
• Make sure you write your full name and employee ID so we know it’s you.
• The quizzes help assessors see where you might need extra help before the final assessment.
• You need at least 10 correct answers, but you can do more to boost your score and your confidence!
• There’s a $100 voucher up for grabs — the more questions you do, the higher your name goes on the leaderboard! 🎉
STAGE 3 – Attend a Session – Online or In-Peson
• Once you’ve done your homework, you can join online or in-person sessions.
• Each session goes for about 10 minutes and covers one module.
• After passing your assessment, the assessor will sign your paperwork.
• You must also sign it yourself to be marked as complete.
• If you haven’t done the homework, you won’t be signed off.
👉 If you’re joining online, fill out your paperwork when you’re next onsite (packs in Rizza’s office).
👉 If you’re joining in person, bring your pack and your phone/device for the quiz.
