This Summer School Holidays, teens aged 14-17 are invited to get ready to Revive! Drunk goggles, “Stayin Alive” and the recovery position all come together in a fun-filled, first aid minded program from the experts at St John Ambulance.
In 1 interactive day, young people will learn the first aid skills to help their mates. From CPR to overdose, Party Ready gives teens the know-how to respond with confidence. They’ll walk away with a certificate of participation & showbag with fun merchandise & additional resources. Topics include: Standard drinks & BAC Drugs & their effects First Aid action plan: DRSABCD Calling 000 Mental health crisis first aid
Practical activities: demonstrating recovery position, CPR practice on manikins, Defib practice
