Come and join WDNA high performance athletes and coaches for preseason training sessions in Jan and Feb
Sessions will go for 1 hour and 30 mins.

Skill Development:
Fundamental Skills: Focusing on essential netball skills such as passing, catching, and footwork. Incorporate drills that emphasize accuracy and timing, as well as 1 v 1 defence, and goaling movement.
