Artificial Intelligence is now part of everyday business conversations — but for many organisations, it is also a source of confusion, hesitation, and uncertainty.This workshop has been intentionally designed as the foundation session in the AI for Business training pathway. Its purpose is not to teach tools, but to create clarity, confidence, and shared understanding before AI is introduced into daily workflows or strategic planning.
Many businesses rush into AI adoption without first understanding:
What AI actually is (and isn’t)
Where it is appropriate to use
Where it creates risk
How to set boundaries and expectations
How to prepare teams for consistent, responsible use
This session exists to prevent those mistakes.
