Designed for primary through early high school students, these clinics focus on building confidence in a supportive environment, refining technique and preparing swimmers to perform at their best in school carnival competition.

- 🏊 Eligibility: Participants must be competent swimmers in a 50m pool.
- ⏱ Session length: 45 minutes each.
- 🎯 Program focus: Each session will include freestyle technique and conditioning along with a targeted stroke and skill(s).
- 🎒 What to bring: Swimming cap and goggles, kickboard (if you have one), drink bottle, and towel.

• Ivy, Kerrie, Sarah-Joy and Peta – Accredited competitive stroke teachers

9AM Weekdays: 

• Monday 12th January – Friday 16th January 2026 
• Monday 19th January – Friday 23rd January 2026
  (additional sessions based on demand)

PRICING & DISCOUNTS

• Each session is $16.00
• 15% discount if you book 5 sessions (Use discount code 'FIVE' at checkout)
• Additional 10% discount for Mittagong Swimming Club members (Use discount code 'MSC' at checkout)
• Participants and Spectators are required to pay their own pool entry costs directly to Bowral Pool upon entry. Pool entry costs are not included in these clinic prices.
