DRAFT: Expression of Interest - Horsham Bootcamp Session
You and your organisation are invited to attend a 1 day Planning for Success: Bootcamp session facilitated by Enkindle Consulting.
Bring together up to 5 designated members within your organisation to attend this workshop with Enkindle where they will facilitate a deep dive of the reforms and associated changes. Enkindle will also run through a process of activities to identify your; gaps, opportunities, key actions for your organisation, key projects needing to be undertaken and to develop an organisational roadmap.
Each CHSP organisation in attendance will walk away with a reform action plan, templates and tools to assist with planning and implementation of the reform changes within your organisation.
Available for all CHSP Service Providers within the Grampians region with 2 dates and locations to choose from.
Suggested designated members could include CEO, Boad Members, Financial Controller, Quality Care Staff, HR, Program Manager/Team Leader.
