Creative Threads @ Kiama Library
About
Come along to Creative Threads, an after-school program designed especially for kids and teens to learn hands-on skills in knitting, embroidery, slow stitching and sewing.Guided by passionate local craft enthusiasts, kids will explore traditional crafts in a fun, creative and supportive environment.
Led by members of our local knitting, sewing, and embroidery groups, weekly on Tuesdays in February and March.
Please note, the program consists of three two-week sessions that each focus on a distinct skill and project, and there is some variation in age suitablility between these sessions. Participants can book for one or more two-week sessions, but they must attend both weeks of that session in order to build on skills and complete the project.
