*Author Registration*Event: The Hall of Stars - A Celebration of Local Authors: Kalamunda Readers Festival 2-Day Book Signing Event
DAY 1
When: Saturday 21 March 2026
Bump-in: 7:30am - 8:30am
Trading hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Bump-out: 5:00pm - 6:00pm (For Authors signing on Saturday only)
Authors signing on both days are welcome to leave their stall set-up overnight on the Saturday.
DAY 2
When: Sunday, 22 March 2026, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Bump in: 8:00am - 9:00am
Trading hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Bump-out: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Location: Kalamunda Performing Arts Centre - Agricultural Hall
Each stall includes:
1 x 2m trestle table, and 1 x chair (additional chairs available as needed).
Other information:
Toilets are located at the bottom of the stairs found in the main KPAC lobby.
Entrance is through the main entrance doors to KPAC or through the Agricultural Hall doors.
Emergency gathering point is out the front of KPAC in the carpark.
What to bring:
*Stall holders are required to bring a tablecloth for their stall, and any free-standing display items them wish to promote their stall.
*Lunch can be stored in the fridge in the KPAC kitchen. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle. Water can be re-filled in the KPAC kitchen.
*Cash float
*Square reader or similar if you would like to take card payments. Please note reception can be patchy in the hills, so it is best to plan ahead and allow for cash payments.

Join us at the Halls of Stars, for a vibrant two-day book signing event celebrating our local West Australian literary talent. Meet and mingle with a stellar lineup of local author stall holders and pick up signed copies of their latest works.
Explore the pop-up book stands from Dymocks and New Dawn Publishing, open all day, offering a wide selection of titles written and illustrated by our featured line-up of incredible Authors and Illustrators presenting talks and workshops across the Kalamunda Readers Festival. Featured Author Signing times vary.
