Get a taste of CAPTivate in the lead-up to Term 1 and see whether our adult gymnastics community is the right fit for you! 🤸♀️✨
These sessions run just like regular CAPTivate classes, but friends and guests are invited. You don’t need to know someone in the program — anyone 16+ can join in during these Come & Try events!
No prior experience needed 🙌
Our classes are designed for all skill levels, all abilities, all genders, and anyone aged 16+. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning after years away, you’ll be supported every step of the way. 💪💜
Ever wanted to learn a handstand or cartwheel? 🤸♂️
Or maybe you miss the incredible feeling of flying on a trampoline? ✨
