The Port Macquarie Defence Academy is designed for GK and GD in Under 11 Years and over who want to enhance their footwork, understand defensive strategies and turn 'nearly's' into intercepts.This 8 week program focuses on refining circle defence techniques and movement through detailed corrections and individualised feedback. Each session includes a home program to continue development between sessions, along with targeted skill-building.
