The City of Whittlesea Early Years Services and Inclusion Team invites you to join us for an interactive Child Safe Standards session delivered by Body Safety Australia.
This professional development workshop is inclusive, consultative and empowering, offering a comprehensive exploration of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and how the 2022 updates strengthen your ongoing commitment to child safety. The session includes a refresher on the foundational principles of the Standards, an overview of key 2022 changes, and tailored guidance to support you in addressing common challenges within the updated requirements. A dedicated focus will be placed on Standard 1—cultural safety for First Nations children—and Standards 4 and 5, which highlight diversity, inclusion and family engagement.
