Boost your speed, power, and agility!Join Ballarat Speed Academy for a 2‑hour Speed & Agility Clinic, designed for athletes aged 9–17 years. The session focuses on:
• Sprint mechanics & acceleration
• Plyometric exercises for explosive power
• Agility and change-of-direction drills
All led by Conrad Oberholzer – Level 2 Athletics Coach, Masters Athlete, and U18 Sebastopol Football Conditioning Coach.
