About
The Royal Children’s Hospital Simulation Train the Trainer Program gives clinicians the fundamentals in preparing to become effective simulation facilitators and educators. This workshop provides participants with the underpinning knowledge, skills, and practical frameworks required to design and deliver high-quality simulation-based education.Day 1 and 2
The two-day program covers foundational simulation theory, principles of educational design, and strategies for creating a safe, supportive, and psychologically secure learning environment. Participants will develop capability in scenario design and development, as well as explore a range of debriefing methodologies to enhance learner reflection and performance improvement.
Dates: Monday May 11th & Tuesday May 12th.
Time: 8:00 - 17:00
Each program will host a maximum number of 12 participants.
A reminder email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event. Please notify ASAP if you are no longer able to attend once booked in.
