About
The ECSI Research Project “Collaboratively Leading for Catholic Dialogue Schools” will support our moral purpose to educate in these times of plurality with internationality. We aim to enable leaders to collaboratively plan to undertake a project featuring recontextualisation with a common intention to build upon Catholic Identity. It reflexively utilises theology and our best energies and perspectives with creativity and responsibility.Learning Outcomes:
Apply the principles of the Project to collaboratively design and implement initiatives that strengthen Catholic Identity through recontextualisation in diverse and pluralistic educational settings.
Integrate theological understanding, creativity, and leadership practices to foster Catholic Dialogue Schools that reflect the mission and person of Jesus Christ.
Intended Audience:
School teams of Principals, DPs, RELs and Directors of Mission who completed the ECSI Intensive Experience (ACU: THCT605) in 2025 (or previous year/s)
