Enhancing Catholic Identity is a shared responsibility across all roles in the Diocese of Ballarat, with particular importance for school and system leaders. The ACU unit THCT605 – DOBCEL & ECSI: Enhancing Catholic Identity for Head, Heart and Hands provides leaders with opportunities for personal faith reflection, theological engagement, and collaborative dialogue. Participants will develop the skills, dispositions, and knowledge to integrate their faith stance into their professional practice, guided by the question: Enhancing Catholic Identity – what do I do now?20 July 2026 8:45am-5pm

Learning Outcomes:
Critically reflect on personal faith identity and theological understanding to inform leadership within Catholic education.
