Join a circle of beings mindfully waking up their bodies to the day and cultivating awareness of their body and soul. This mindful movement series is a simple and contemplative space to honour and discover the intimate and infinite relationship with self. This soul motion movement practice builds our capacity to be more present, grounded and inspired for what meets us in the next moment.
The practice and structure is simple, with a sit – move – sit format.
Each Monday morning, we enter the space in silence and begin with a silent pause sitting in circle to settle ourselves for a few minutes. Then a passage of music enters the space with a simple somatic invitation to explore if you wish. Each of us can go from sitting to moving as much as needed, then we end, by pausing again in circle for a few minutes to let the movement passage settle, and simple enter our day from here.

No dance experience needed, all bodies welcome.
Important information for in person attendance:
Doors open at 7:45am, Please be on time as I do lock the doors at 8am so that we begin on time and it remains a contained space.
